But even superheros like teachers can’t always respond to messages immediately, especially late at night and on weekends. After all, recharging is important!
Beginning today, teachers can set Quiet Hours to better communicate their availability. Parents can still send messages whenever it’s convenient, but they won’t expect a reply until later, plus teachers won’t receive push notifications about messages during Quiet Hours !🙂
Here’s what parents will see during Quiet Hours:
To set Quiet Hours on mobile, visit Account Settings and tap Push Notifications. Make sure the timezone you selected on the website is up-to-date.
To set Quiet Hours on web, visit Account Settings and click Messaging. Make sure the timezone you selected under language and region is up-to-date.
